Ready for Change?I am a cognitive behavioral therapist. I believe your thoughts, feelings and behaviors are all related, and I am also interested in how they are impacted by past experiences. I like to actively and collaboratively work with clients to set goals that can help them lead a more satisfying life. I am an EMDR (Eye Movement and Desensitization Reprocessing) therapist and an Emotionally Focused (EFT) Therapist. EMDR is an empirically supported treatment for trauma. I draw upon my training in EFT to help couples work together in a more connected and intimate way.
